Client testimonial

“It was the first achievement for our country – development of a financial model for strategic planning of investment in the water supply and sanitation sector of the Kyrgyz Republic. And this was done by our partner Aspiro company. As a manager of this project it was pleasure that I had chance to work with a team of professional experts of this company. They done extremely hard work in short time period and achieved good and relevant results – capital expenditure needs, methodology for prioritization of WSS investments, short-term, medium-term and Long-term investment programs and alternative scenarios for financial model were developed. Of course these all are very useful for our Government to provide effective policy in the water sector of the Kyrgyz Republic.”
