We analyzed current water and sewerage infrastructure in the country, defined target service levels, identified the additionally needed infrastructure to reach them. Our experts estimated the cost and available financing options, and integrated all of it into a single automated financial model to help Kyrgyz government project different scenarios and plan their sectoral policies and programs.
