Aspiro mapped and evaluated business environment in Nordic countries for ESET product distribution. Our team has assessed market entry to Finland with a successful onboarding of local distribution partner. Aspiro also lead successful contractual negotiation between ESET and a major cross-european distribution partner focusing on sales via new IT platform.

ESET decided to acquire DESlock, a British encryption software vendor. Aspiro worked closely with ESET iternal team and external M&A expert to manage acquisition process including financial and legal due diligence, negotiation and preparation of transaction and other related documents. The target company was successfully acquired in July 2015.
