The Government of Kazakhstan applied to the EBRD for a loan to support restoration of irrigated lands by rehabilitation of water supply infrastructure. Aspiro prepared a comprehensive feasibility study to determine a priority investment programme developed from a long-term investment strategy, and evaluate its benefits, including assessing its environmental and social feasibility.
