We carried out internal process redesigns across most process areas including sales, logistics, replenishment, billing and receivable management for companies from different industries as well as for various public institutions. We helped optimize costs through activity based costing models, providing profitability view of products, distribution channels, and customers in financial, chemical or retail industries. Partnering with software vendors, we implemented a light profitability solution helping our clients gain multi-dimensional understanding of cost issues. We completed in-depth assessment of distribution channels, defined restructuring plan and supervised a distributor company along their improvement path. We successfully piloted alternative workout models for distressed loans with a local lending bank; these delivered significant payback and protected the interests of the bank.
