We did integration of dispatch centres with a focus on competencies, responsibilities, processes and recommendations for technical infrastructure. After AS-IS analysis among the dispatch centers and call centre in the company, we identified bottlenecks and gaps and defined TO-BE processes of new Central Centre. Aspiro also developed set of recommendations for technical infrastructure to support operations.
