Our assignment was to unify the processes and rules of providing services to internal and external customers after the merge with Slovak Telekom. We provided help to map, consolidate and redesign processes of entering and processing requests for IVR contact centers, customer servicing via sales channels, issuing customer credit notes to resolve issues and others.
