Narrative description of the supervised Project:

Tatry Mountain Resorts is a major Slovak company active in the tourism sector. Tatra Mountain Resorts currently operates hotels and other fun, sports and health resorts and facilities in the High Tatry Mountains in Slovakia. The Loyalty Application integrates all client systems working with customer data in order to consolidate information available about customers from all provided services, with the goal to treat every customer individually based on data available.

Description of actual services provided within the assignment

  • Analysis of existing processes and proposal of changes to processes related to the Loyalty Application implementation
  • Analysis of the used third party systems and proposal on integration of the Loyalty Application into the existing infrastructure, processes, terms and conditions; management and coordination of delivery of changes to individual systems performed by third parties
  • Management of the Loyalty Application integration by quality control and testing of specified business requirements into third party systems
  • Management and coordination of third parties integration with the Loyalty Application
  • Preparation of testing strategy, management of testing in the integration tests and pilot phases; quality control of integration of third party systems with the Loyalty Application
  • Preparation and execution of training personnel on changes related to the Loyalty Application implementation
  • Management of the deployment process of the Loyalty Application into production
