Design of processes and digital transformation for Slovak diaspora office
We assessed current processes, operations, and organizational structure of the Office for Slovaks Living Abroad (ÚSŽZ), identifying efficiency gaps and regulatory risks. We prepared new process models allowing for 25-40% time savings if the proposed changes are implemented and outlined IT systems deployed. To utilize the freed-up capacity, we proposed a new community-building line of work as part of strategic realignment of the Office.
