What We Do

Program Management and Business Integration

We advise and co-manage complex transformation programs, dealing with governance setup, scoping, business and system integration, vendor management or independent quality assurance.

Disruptive market changes within many industries, driven by digitalization or simplification, are forcing companies and public institutions to implement different operating model and new infrastructure, while running their daily business. Our teams have helped several banks to design their enterprise architecture and to define transformation roadmaps for implementation of the front-end and core-banking systems. We worked with the convergent telco operator to radically simplify and consolidate their on-line, CRM and billing platforms. We successfully recovered and deployed an e-duty stamp project, digitalizing an entire slice of government agenda and way to communicate with citizens. We led PMO office for electricity distribution company implementing the new CRM solution, or defined reporting standards and operational procedures within MIS environment during construction of a PPP highway.

Digital Strategy and Customer Experience

We redefine customer experience, products and distribution models in digital world. We are prepared to bring our ideas into reality, sharing risk and returns with our clients.

We redesigned customer journeys for several banks and telecoms in the region. We helped to define digital strategy and business concept for a major corporate bank in the region, building unique digital platform and presence for acquisition, partnering with 3rd parties and responding to PSD2 regulation. We have been supporting a global software vendor with execution of their strategic projects, ranging from their expansion to new Asian markets to acquisition of complementary products or distributors. We defined group strategy for a regionally established on-line broker, followed by digital entry into a new country. We have developed various online retail platforms and even launched our own business out of it, confident in our capabilities in the area and carrying out multi-tiered marketing campaigns using our inhouse experts.

City Governance and Data Driven Management

We help city mayors take control over all city functions and engage with all citizens through our unique datacity.global municipal management and crowdsourcing platform.

For various municipalities in different countries we defined corporate development programs for their service companies, helping transfer best practice and coach the management toward performance awareness and improvement. We developed a best practice data management and crowdsourcing platform to enable monitoring city performance in all areas, communicating it to the citizens, setting and meeting concrete objectives, and extracting data from the citizens to help understand which improvements they will appreciate most. We convert our understanding of how cities and city politics work into various functionalities that we provide to our municipal clients, such as voting on city life issues.

Business Performance Improvements

We measure business performance, redesign business processes or define cost allocation models to improve companies’ daily operations across different industries.

We carried out internal process redesigns across most process areas including sales, logistics, replenishment, billing and receivable management for companies from different industries as well as for various public institutions. We helped optimize costs through activity based costing models, providing profitability view of products, distribution channels, and customers in financial, chemical or retail industries. Partnering with software vendors, we implemented a light profitability solution helping our clients gain multi-dimensional understanding of cost issues. We completed in-depth assessment of distribution channels, defined restructuring plan and supervised a distributor company along their improvement path. We successfully piloted alternative workout models for distressed loans with a local lending bank; these delivered significant payback and protected the interests of the bank.

Infrastructure Financing and Procurement

We assess infrastructure priorities, help to structure and get financing, tender contracts following certified procurement standards and efficiently manage the suppliers and operations.

Operating across developing territories of Turkey, Balkan and Central Asia, we helped several water utility companies improve their internal management and operations procedures, procure and implement new water supply and wastewater network infrastructure. We prepared and helped manage over 25 complex tenders for various types of infrastructure, up until contract negotiations and signing, in overall volume over half a billion EUR. We helped in several feasibility studies for water infrastructure and energy efficiency investment projects, taking care of financial models and economic feasibility as well as contracting strategy and architecture. We assisted several governments with reform of their infrastructure procurement regulations or carried out supervisory and due diligence activities for international banks financing the project.
