Aspiro prepared business simplification concepts, RfP and supported selection of the suppliers. Through the implementation phase as part of Program Management covered main PGO activities.

Project Context:
In Slovak Telekom, Aspiro delivered Program management services, PMO Management and prepared the organization of the RaSi Programme. The goal of the RaSi Programme was changing / streamlining the processes, reduction of the product portfolio and simplification of IT architecture of Slovak Telekom in BSS/OSS domains.
