You are facing a large transformation consisting of several projects with at least five different contractors each, and need to coordinate effectively. You have inherited a complex agenda and ongoing contracts full of landmines and unmanaged deliveries. You are pressured to identify and implement quick wins to gain more room for continous rollout.
