Poštová banka - 2010-2014 strategy
The Slovak bank’s top-management decided to establish the bank’s vision for the 2010-2014 period. The aim was to determine the priorities and key areas of growth to keep outpacing the market and competition. The bank requested Aspiro to support this effort by independent assessment of strategic opportunities, facilitation of cross-level discussions and drafting the strategy within the span of several weeks.
Within 3 weeks, Aspiro prepared strategic variants of further growth based on fast market and competition analysis. The selected hypotheses were elaborated into the bank’s mid-term strategy. We also assisted in defining the strategy’s implementation steps, cost estimates, and key result indicators.
